I was really hoping for a good first time experience but it was the opposite. The manager handing out the orders kept mixing the orders up taking stuff from different trays and allowing the customers to touch food and then letting them put it back when they said it wasn't what they ordered. It took 24 minutes from the time we paid to when I finally decided to say something because people that ordered after us got their food first. I was really trying to stay and eat because the restaurant did look clean and the food smelled delicious but management didn't offer an apology till after I asked for my money back. The couple sitting behind us got an apology and coupons for a future visit and so did the family sitting next to us. I will say that the general manager (Karla) was very professional handling the situation and trying to make it right but the other lady manager (the one handing out the food) was not properly trained and should not be, in my opinion, part of management.

Great hamburgers excellent french fries and all you can drink soda fountain! This is a brand new restaurant, it is large it is open it is Airy and the employees are extremely friendly. If you're making this a hamburger run or if you're on your way back or to Vegas this is a great place to stop rest up get a quick bite, I should say get a delicious quick bite! If you haven't tried it you can make it a habit if you're not careful!

So this opened about 3 months ago and man so far I think it's doing great. First the building is nice and clean either the inside or outside. Then you walk in and it's just nicely set up with nice chairs and a comfortable environment. Also when order the employees are just really nice. Then you have your order and the burgers are just delicious nicely seasoned along with a nice batch of fries or onion rings. Then also they whip up some great shakes after eating if interested. Then while eating they have such great music and like the idea of having different genres play for all the customers. Then they bathroom is kept clean for everyone. Besides that they also have a Drive through if looking for a quick bite. Besides, that this place is great for anybody and would recommend it.

The food was fantastic. I signed up for the char club and will be getting a free char burger in my email. I had the Portabella burger with Swiss cheese. It came with a garlic spread instead of mayo. Tasted fantastic. I opted for onion rings which were crispy and delicious. They know how to make onion rings. It's a fast food place, but they give you a pager to pick up your food when it's ready. A server came by and cleared our trays and got us drink refills. You don't normally see that service at a fast food place.
