First let me say that I love me some popeyes chicken, but this place was subpar at best. It looked like it was in the finishing stages of a remodeling. Not everything was working and they didn't have any fries. However, the worst part of the experience was the woman in the back. She might have been the manager or owner? But she would yell at and belittle the employees i front of the customers. I felt really bad for them, that they had to work for someone like that. She made a mediocre experience into a bad one for me.

Always good. When you buy one piece, might as well request a breast. Same price and twice as much delicious meat.

Most of the Popeyes always taste the same, not many variables. But this particular night that I showed up the place was unclean, and the food was cold. I used to like the biscuits, but it seems like they changed the recipe. I'm not sure if it's exclusive to this restaurant though. I would not go back again.

I showed up just before the line started so I can't speak to the service being slow, but the lady behind the mic. Geez, first she got the order all wrong and it's pretty set up for a meal already. We ordered Arnold Palmer's and instead of learning what it was called she relayed our orders with drinks being called "them thingys". The food is always good but the customer service was sub par. Have some pride in what you do no matter where you work and the all around experience will be much better!
