Went here yesterday taking my family for dinner and it happened to be family night at hometown buffet and looking forward for a good time instead we got a horrible time. First off THE FOOD was horrendous. The food was burned and not just the mini corn dogs but other food items as well like the pizza the one food my nephew likes!!!! BURNED!!!!!! I try to swallow the food by force because I was hungry so I went to the dessert section for relieve and the desert presentation was HORRIBLE... the pies all squashed and ughhhh just horrible. Place was a mess. Definitely the staff here needs replacements because this was unacceptable!! Not coming here

To start of all the food taste like hospital food No flavor. I didn't like nothing Maybe the taco hard shell I made myself Anyway one of the employees kept moping the floor and the mop smelled so disgusting I could not believe it. The restroom also smell bad like sewer... There was a girl (employee) handing out cotton candy she made my todddler and I wait "our turn" when we were the first ones there, funny she gave my older daughter her cotton candy and not us when we had been waiting "our turn" at the same time so rude of her, another thing that same employee left the tray of mash potatoes dripping all over the utensils this girl is just asking to get fired , the "clean" plates still had food on it even the spoons 😱😱 first and last time. Not to say how over priced the entrance was 40$ for 2 adults & 2 kids!! I'm done sorry hometown I think you need to close down.
