The chicken needs improvement because when i go to another pollo loco 10 more miles away.the chicken taste wayyy better .The ones from other cities taste way more better .The chicken here doesnt taste like how a normal pollo would taste . And how they painted this Pollo loco isn't a good color. I dislike the color to this pollo loco. They can do better. To be honest I dislike the color painted outside of it and the black chairs too. I dislike the color of the chairs. The pollo loco in Anaheim looks better than this one .Why gray??. It should be colorful and more beautiful. This pollo loco needs to updated a litte more.

Bad service... Got cutt off in the middle of me giving them my order in the drive thru. As i pulled up to the window they turned off the light. Seem pretty rude.

everytime I come to order something in the drive thru I get additute. when they have specials I try to order them and for some reason they don't have enough chicken to sell me? how can you not have enough to sell aren't you a restraunt? always get told I have to wait about 10-30min for a 10 piece or 20 piece order. bad service, they even tell me to order something else. will never buy from this pollo loco again, might as well close it down.
