They always have chicken for me and fast. I asked them about running out of chicken and the salsa. They told me that when their busy the chicken sells faster and that's why they run out. They upgraded the salsa bins to bigger ones.As for any issues you might have they told me to address them on the spot. They'll be more than happy to resolve them . Come and check it out.

I would like to put no stars, but some times when visiting the premises, they have chicken. Visited the place several times (I live few feet from there) , more than 10 times going there, they don't have chicken at all. I think I'm in some way stupid of keep going there.

And I like Pollo Loco, but this store's terrible... Ok, I'll try not to be mean about it, because I know they still have some employees that are actually trying, but overall this specific store is terribly managed (at least, logistically). They seem to never have chicken relatively ready, salsa bar is either empty or a mess. I'm talking about a 30 - 40 min wait on avg. For like a 12pc. I keep thinking they'll get their act straight, but this last time was a 50 min wait. C'mon guys!

Starting to hate this place. No matter what time I come in, they never have chicken. 3rd time I come and they don’t have chicken. I come in at 915pm no chicken I’ve come in at 855pm no chicken been here at 830pm no chicken... I don’t know why they call themselves pollo loco if they never have chicken.

They never ever have condiments or chicken. They is always a 1/2 wait or more this is the fourth time me and my family come and they are out. I don't know why they are open if that's the main course. We've came at different hours different days. And its always the same thing. We leave empty handed. Wants to wait that long.
