The waitress was very attentive and personable. The food as always was very tasty and served at the appropriate temperature. The timing was good. We didn't feel rushed and we didn't have to wait on her. The waitress doesn't act as cashier anymore, we are required to go to the cashier and wait in line. That was disappointing.

Went about a month ago. Their strawberries and whip cream pancakes were great. Went the following week - not too great. They were a bit dry and not as fluffy and creamy as the the first time :(

Horrible service, okay food. Our utensils had small lumps of food on them and most of our orders were missing and we had to ask for them repeatedly. Waiter was very dismissive of our requests (can i have some dressing?) Food was good but cold.

Got the veggie burger and it was delicious! The staff are nice but not very helpful. Three of our four orders were missing things. The decor is very old looking throughout the place but mostly clean looking :) hope that helps someone.

My wife and I frequent this location approximately twice a week. Today when we arrived at 1030 am. We noticed about six tables had not been bussed. Our first impression was short staffing. Our waitress was polite and brought us coffee after a slight delay. We really did not even realize there was a delay. Our food was not even average. My wife's eggs were under cooked for being requested over medium. Both of our toast were cold. In addition to the average food. My wife's water glass had pieces of lemon pulp stuck to the inside of the glass. She did not have any lemon with her drink. Also the table felt tacky to the touch. not a comfortable feeling to eat. And finally. The window next to my wife's side had a child's fingerprints smeared over an area of 14 inches by 14 inches.
