This has been a horrible experience! We brought my mother to celebrate mothers day and she walked out of there crying. We called in and we're told we would be put on the list when we arrived we checked the list and we our name was not crossed off yet which we asked and meant we hadn't been called yet. As we saw party after party get seated we asked and James West which we later found out was the manager told us he had already called our name and since we weren't there we had to drop to the bottom of the list. Which already was upsetting since other customers that truly weren't present when they were called were simply told their name would be circled and this would be as if they checked in already. He then told us we only had two parties ahead of us we chose to patiently wait.... he called another 8-10 parties! 8-10! At that point we felt discriminated he was purposely making us wait. My brother is currently disabled this was not taken into consideration, he requested to be seated in a round table due to his broken leg and to avoid anyone hurting him since it was a bit crowded. James West said that table (which had been empty for the past 1.5 hour) was reserved when I asked for what time he looked at the clock and said 9:45 after realizing it was 930. He offered a second location very similar to the first table that his staffed offered. When my brother said that second table Shi wouldn't work he said well if you want I can give you a table just for yourself you can sit alone in a table.... that was humiliating since he said it in front of the other guest. At that point we decided to leave the restaurant. It's upsetting to be treated this way in a place were we often go to celebrate things. I would never go back to this location.

My family and I had the worst experience at this location. Let me start by saying based on what I’ve seen in all these 1 star reviews there’s a common problem. The manager James West and poor service for big families and being discriminated. We were a family of 11 people (10 and a baby) and arrived at 8am and were told it would be a 40min wait. We patiently waited for an hour and 10 mins as we knew it was very packed and we had to wait our turn but we noticed every big family that came AFTER us were getting seated before us. We kept hearing families being called one after the other and we asked when we would be seated and they told us we had one more family in front of us. After another 15 mins (now waiting an hour and a half) we heard the waiters talking about either sitting a family of 7 or family of 10 and that’s when we asked again why weren’t being called yet if families of almost our size were being seated when they came way after us. Basically the manager came out and was VERY rude from the start not trying to apologize for such a long wait or trying to accommodate us either. He started talking very rude to my sister who was just trying to get a estimate time on when we can sit and my dad had to step in because at this point the white male manager was trying to intimidate my sister. The manager was even worse to my dad and told him if we had to wait 3 hours more we would have to wait he won’t do anything to help. At that point after he said that we walked out very upset because this was supposed to be a celebration for my mom and my sister- today Mother’s Day . If anyone knows of an attorney please advise. Based on these comments it seems this manager is discriminating against the Latino community and something should be done. The fact that there are several reviews with this same exact problem is unbelievable and it needs to stop.

The manager James West is the worst. If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this place it's not a pleasant place to be at.
