The new owners of this subway are bad business people. Also the staff are horrible in customer service. I thought the customer was king...Not here. I purchased a 6 inch sandwich and the staff ask me if I wanted a combo. I said yes. After the transaction (cash) was complete. I noticed, I made a mistake and wanted the big combo. I then asked if I could change the combo's, saying if I had to pay more I would. They said no...absolutely not! I then sat down and looked at my receipt. I noticed, that it was actually cheap for me to have the Big combo, about $0.54, cheaper. I went back up to the counter and pointed this out to the manager. She still refused, stating the owner doesn't care. I guess the customer is not king, here.. Well, Subway @ 17220 Lakewood Ave.. you just lost 5 customer
