This Taco Bell location has the best service of ANY Taco Bell I've visited, and I go to Taco Bell often. I am always served quickly and with a big smile. Elsy, who I believe is a manager, treats me great. Her staff has always been wonderful! The food is always exactly what you would expect from a Taco Bell, and comes out quickly but still fresh. I would eat at this location every day if I could. Thank you San Carlos Taco Bell!!!

If the name on the receipt is correct, Randy (running the drive through 9:30pm Feb 10th) made my experience. Patient when ordering, makes suggestions, extremely polite.... I can get taco Bell just about anywhere, so it's the service that makes the place. Randy's got it and keeps me coming back. Give the guy a raise! ;)

The only good thing I can say is this place used to be good. That's it. Now it's just garbage. Lousy workers who clearly don't care, which means food that sucks and WILL make you sick. No thanks and no mas!

Food was decent. Gal at the front counter was struggling. She screwed up my order and tried to charge me double. She was seriously struggling with basic tasks.

Terrible service. Took 30 minutes to get food. Worker at drive thru was on something it seemed. Falling asleep at the register.
