I finally made it to this location of Bonchon. I came at a non-busy time. I was able to order and leave within 15 minutes. I had been going to get my Korean fried chicken fix from the South San Francisco location. I am hooked on the kimchi coleslaw and spicy drums with spicy mayonnaise. I almost had a beer as I waited at the bar but I'll save that for some other time.

Great food as expected from bonchon. Have been to a few of there locations across the states and this one was just as great as the rest. The only complaint I would have is we ordered our chicken and fries (appetizer) at the same time and the fries came out 10 minutes after the chicken did. Outside of that great food great location. Edit: We went back a second time Feb 21st later at night for dinner and again the food was outstanding but more then that the staff went above and beyond to accommodate everyone in the restaurant. They all worked really well together and made sure each table was taken care of as a team and seeing that made me come back and change my 4 star to a 5. Just wanted to say to all the staff that worked that night great job and thank you!

When they say spicy here they mean it. I ordered Spicy Rice Cakes with Chicken which was delicious and super hot. As in I had to finish it the next day hot. I couldn't take a picture of it because I couldn't see through my tears. Of course I'll go back!

This place just opened and definitely has been popular. Even a weekday lunch at 1:30pm required about a 15-20 min wait. The service was fast and the friend chicken was great. Spicy wings were not too spicy and just mildly hot. The portion sizes are HUGE and you definitely get your money's worth. The menu does disclose that wings are made to order and take approx ~30 min. This is not a quick, get your food out fast type of place. The customer group next to us was complaining of how long it took but this is of no fault of the business and was properly disclosed on the menu.

Great place to get Korean Fried Chicken, however the price doesn't justify its purchase. Sometimes the chicken comes out warm or slightly cold, showing that it was left out for some time. It's a good place to come once in a while, but it is overall very expensive.
