On 5th, May, the black and Mexican waitresses pointed to each other with their chins and smiled after I and my friend came in. We are all Asians and they made us wait. And then, they brought in the white people without reservations. We are dressed up well though. They were so rude so we went to other restaurant. I couldn't forget about it.

Started off with the mozzarella marinara and it was gooey deliciousness. I had heard alot of mixed reviews about their famous leon chop salad and I wanted to try it, however, the salami is not kosher and so I had to substitute with chicken (they can do turkey or even tuna!). I was not disappointed I just wish I knew it was going to be huge, I almost didn't have room for my pasta dish. I ordered a pasta cognac and I loved it so much I even ordered one to go for my mother to try. We had made plans to go elsewhere for dessert but I will be back to try their creme brulee !

Delicious food Awful Service Arrived at 5pm Not one other customer in the place and the hostess refused to seat us until our 3rd person showed up. Disgraceful customer service. Waiter never offered grated cheese. With a million restaurants in Beverly Hills why would you go out of your way to piss off a customer that has come to La Scala for over 25 years?

Ok, the chopped salad is terrific but I really loathe the attitude this place has about seating you when you're party is incomplete. The place was EMPTY and the idiot at the desk said we had to wait until our 3rd person was there. She was parking the car!! This policy is ridiculous, especially when the restaurant is EMPTY. Petty powered clerks...the people at the front.
