This place is all quality. To the people who complain about price: if you get this type of quality, you obviously should be expected to pay more ... unless you are actually in Japan. One of the best meals I've ever had in Cali. The customer service was on point. The server explained every cut of beef and actually stayed there and cooked it for us. I'll be back!

There’s nothing like that feeling of being promptly greeted and whisked right to your table reservation. Ahh, let’s get to business! Shall we have the omakase style or a la carte? The wagyu truffle uni pairing is hard to pass up! Our a la carte plates start to roll in, love the table gestures and plate presentation - it truly must be all in the wrist! Then our mains arrive and wow, the staff’s agility is quite impressive! We’re about 36 minutes in at this point and finished most our plates and being force fed sake faster then freshmen and their 1st keg stand. We finish our soup, ahh here comes the desert menu! Nope, the bill arrived, not even a fortune cookie. One hour in and $500. I could only imagine omakase would have been like carnival ride where staff use a nerf gun to unload 7 wads of wagyu mash in your mouth from across the room. On the bright side, phone calls with my attorney seem more affordable, he only charges me $450/hour.
