Exquisite in every detail. Fresh, whimsical, tantalizing cuisine that will keep this spot on the top of your "where to go" list when you want to impress. Established 20 years ago, Crustacean has celebrated itself with a beautiful new look and a fabulous shift in menu choices. Don't fret though, the garlic noodles are still on the menu and the koi are still swimming under the walkway. I loved this restaurant when it opened and I love it even more today.

I was going to give 2 stars 1 for the crab and 1 for our server Josh but the manager with the braces who never introduced himself and was extremely rude killed the second star. Needed to speak with management about the piss poor experience I had with this new Crustacean from the beginning. The reservation process was excruciating their hosting staff is the absolute worse. I've received better service at Denny's. The host upon entry after a week long of back and forth calls and emails to confirm the reservation barely greeted us, continued to focus on his phone, and they claimed this man was the general manager when we decided they must know about this terrible experience. However he was gone for the night when it came time to face the music. The new "ambiance" is unwelcoming. The new staff belongs at a diner and the blonde hair man who played host was rude and pompous. The crab is still great and even though my noodles were served with some type of thread in them and had to be sent back and replaced I enjoyed them. The cognac is over priced and the young "manager" With the braces is clearly still in training. To top it all off it was my best friends birthday dinner they absolutely ruined and even tried to charge us for the birthday dessert we didn't even ask for that was not tasty at all. Miss the old Crustaceans. Last night was our official farewell to this place that wants you to pay high end prices for low end service. Will never return!!!

Stellar service, stellar food. They're back baby. They got some great new items on the menu. Solid new conceptualized drinks. The tuna cigars are presented in a cigar box with smoke trapped inside and black caviar to simulate the burnt end of a cigar. Ypu know what? Just go and see for yourself.

Soon to reopen for general public. First group in for an Oscar pre party for Women in Film. Great renovation, decor, sound absorbent ceiling panels and an amazing expanded all new kitchen. Staff is well trained with a great management team and caring owner. Expect great things here.
