WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT Evergreen Restaurant IS, COMING FROM VEGAS SERVICE INDUSTRY FAMILY! Eat instead at The Pines Lakefront for AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE! I’ve been eating here since I was a kid and NEVER had back of the house service/timing so horrible. It took over an hour for my 3 yr and 6 yr old to get a chicken breast and grilled cheese (which they still managed to undercook as it was cold)! When we did get dinner, my husbands steak was badly over cooked and cold and my lobster ravioli was cold, yuck! They forgot our soup, at least two tables left for lack of food, and tried to overcharge on my receipt for the pricier option of appetizer when we ordered the smaller one. Never coming back and NEVER RECOMMENDING AGAIN.

I could not say more about this restaurant. The food is amazingly yummy and beautiful. We love the owner and admire how much work and intricate care she puts behind her service as well as her artfully designed food. It’s usually a pretty intimate setting with relaxing music playing. I once asked what music she had on and she climbed up to a shelf where here surround sound was mounted and grabbed the cd and brought it over to me, saying she thought I might want a picture of it so I could get it later. So thoughtful.

What a wonderful place. Accommodated my service dog with no problems. Beautiful view. Had the Lobster Ravioli. Declicious and def worth the drive up the mountain to get here. Ravioli comes with a salad that is perfectly put together. You can tell they make their meals with love and this isn’t just a place that pushes out generic food for high review. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Very sweet and warm feeling here.

They were incredibly sweet and serviceable. Fully recommend if you want a beautiful and quiet dining experience.

Horrible! My husband was served a bad lobster, smelled and tasted spoiled. My steak looked great but I couldn't get passed the cold (still frozen in the center) crab leg served on top. The twice baked potato was also cold. The price was also very high for quality. We walked out and ate at Old Country Inn and had a delicious steak and lobster dinner.
