It's a bit small inside, but the food was really good. The waitress wasn't very chatty, and that included not asking the usual questions like, "Are you ready to order?", or, "May I get you anything else?". They also forgot to bring my toast, twice. Great food at a good price, but the service could definitely use some polishing.

This is a great place to eat. Very popular with the locals. The staff (all of them) are extremely friendly and good at what they do. The food is excellent. Very family friendly. Do not hesitate to eat here. I am a local and eat here often.

We went around 9-10 were seated quickly. The staff is very nice and the music was great. Had the blueberry waffles and french toast both were very tasty and very well cooked. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the whipped cream was delightful. Definitely will be back. Only downside was the bacon was a bit too crispy

Good selection of diner-type food, but kind of bland. We had the tuna melt, a tuna salad, reuben, and chili. Lots of food, but only average quality. Service was okay to start but quickly got overwhelmed when place got more crowded. Lots of 5-star ratings, so maybe I'm just pickier than their regular customers.

I am new to big bear and this place was awesome. Delicious sandwiches and food. You really can't go wrong no matter what you get it seems. I have come back about 7 times now in the last month and every time was fresh and good. My favorite sandwich is the Hungry Bear.
