Burger King

I like to get my Whoppers in the morning so I can get those hash brown rounds with my meal. I prefer a tater tot with my cheeseburger. I'm not too big on Burger King's french fries .. they're just mediocre. It's a nice little restaurant. My Burger wasn't freshly cooked, but that's just the laziness of the cook. I'll definitely "wait" an extra minute for fresh food. It's upsetting when you order something and it's not fresh. This is why they're only getting a three star review. The hash browns were fresh the hamburger patties were not.

So I had to 'educate' the employees of Burger King, Quartzite, AZ. At 12:35 p.m. on March 8th, we went in for food, and I had my service animal on a leash. My dog had accompanied me to the rest room and was quietly standing at my side. An employee yelled 'Order 42', to someone, and in the same volume, yelled 'Ma'am, take your dog outside'. I said 'Excuse me...' and got Lily's medical service certification papers out of my purse. She ignored me, turned around and left the counter. The customers, about 40, were staring at me. I said 'Excuse me' again. She looked at another employee, rolled her eyes, and continued wrapping food with her back to me. Finally, as loudly as she had hollered 'ma'am' to me, I did the same... 'MA'AM?' Finally she turned 'What?' I said 'Here are her papers. She is a medical service dog.' She said 'Fine' and began to turn away. I said 'All you have to do is ask'. Then, another employee came forward and the two of them argued 'We aren't allowed to in Arizona'. I said 'You certainly can...' 'NO! Not in Arizona!' I calmly said 'The laws regulating service dogs are Federal. No state can change that. You can ask IF the dog is a medical service animal. You may ask what service she performs. You may NOT ask what my disability is. And, regardless, just saying 'Your dog is welcome if she's a service dog' is much better than yelling for me to take her OUTTA HERE, don't you agree?' At that point, still holding high my sheaf of papers with the doctor's letterhead clearly visible, I just smiled. The employees just turned and went back to work. This was ugly and unnecessary. I am was very embarrassed. My husband and I are retirees who dress nice and were being quiet and respectful (my husband is an attorney). (Next: letter to headquarters...)

Well, There food is really good but, I all was have to ask for extra sauce because they only give me one or two when I order chicken nuggets and fries but there food is on point!

Its not the the Ritz but dinner at the window just before sundown isverry nice u can see all the way down main st. To the mountains,the sunset and night lights are a good mix with a burger and coke😎

Always had great service, quick hot food. Always get the order right. Sometimes the drive thru and restaraunt seems close specially during the remodeling cause the drive thru menu lights will turned off.
