Waitress was terrible. Food was burnt but cold and took me asking 3 times to get my drink. I very rarely don't leave a tip even with poor service but this was so bad I think I should've been given money.

First time trying this location. Showed up at 1145 before the lunch with only 2 tables in the restaurant. I watched the bartender take bags of ice, drop them on the floor to loosen them, then put the whole thing in the ice bin, including the bag. Bag after bag, all on the floor, all touching the ice after. Disgusting. My burger looked good, tasted good but a bit greasy. Fries were cold. ðŸ‘Ž when i asked for extra napkins i was brought 1. To top the cake the bar seating was never taken down after opening, crazy.. calexico out did the taste, food handling, and service of this location.

Service was slow but food was good and very hot. They have great deals for 2 people, but nothing for 1 person.

In terms of wait times we arrived at the restaurant at a good time -we were seated immediately- The food, once we got it, was good. We came as a party of 5. 3 orders off the kids menu, 2 of which were identical orders. 4 orders were items off of the regular menu (appetizers and a burger). 3 of the regular menu items (the appetizers) and 2 of the kids items arrived together. The 3rd kid's item (the 2nd of the identical orders) arrived approximately 10 minutes after and the remaining regular menu item (the burger) came after 40 minutes and only after flagging down the server to ask about the status of the item. Item was brought out almost immediately and we were informed that the item would be removed from our bill because of the wait time for the last item. Dropped down to 1 star because we all started eating at different times. Brought up to 2 stars because the food itself was good and because management dropped one of the items from the bill because of the long wait time. I wouldn't rate this experience higher than a 2.
