We were seated quickly. Our, waiter was right there asking what we would like to drink as we scanned the menu. After ordering the food, the cooking team was expeditious in prep and delivery. Our waiter was "Johnny on the Spot" making sure we were satisfied and if we wished for more. As usual, this place is always 5 stars. They are our favorite Italian restaurant. Our experience is all the employees, cooking team, dishwashers, greeting staff are a fine tuned team. Can't find any needs improvement here. Even my great aunt, from Brooklyn, gave this restaurant a yes nod. She is very finicky. When she says she likes it, you are going back again. She also loved the ambiance and scenes of Italy on the walls. Very clean and tiddy place.

When we go, we always order combination which includes a small glass of wine. The portion is huge. I ordered three dishes from combination menu for our family of 4, and my leftover was enough for two more meals for me. Pizza is ok, but the pasta is really good. Price is really reasonable. It's a long wait on weekend. Even if you sit down, the wait for food is pretty long too.

Okay we had stayed away after being very loyal customers from being way overcharged for a server error the first time and Owner or Manager did nothing. We are not looking for a handout nor do we complain at any establishments. But again tonight may 3 of us there from 5:40 to almost 7:35 waited for part of our order a pizza, that was apparently given to a to go customer. The other two meals brought out and were cold. Our server was not the issue we’ve had this person before and always great. We sent out food back as it sat waiting for the third order, the missing pizza. Which finally arrived. We knew you were understaffed but we watched table after table get food before us. The couple behind us also sent a wrong order back, different server. We were offered a scoop of ice cream which our guest could not have as diabetic. My sister finally took the bill to the counter w the owner or mgr standing behind we believe a relative at register and she very kindly said what happened which he replied I’m sorry. At the least the pizza should have been deducted we waited over an hour for an individual pizza and had already finished the other meals. Not sure what’s happened but not the first time. I have neighbors that won’t go back either. Horrible amends for lack of service. Not sure how awards are won w poor client service. Don’t usually write negative reviews but this one took the cake!

First time using Fratellino’s Italian Restaurant for catering an event and they were outstanding to work with - all the staff are friendly and efficient. Mr. Lomeli took the time to review my order and gave me good input on the menu. The event was a great success and the food was delicious. Been doing small to large event planning for many years and Fratellino’s is definitely going to be on the top of my list!
