Great food and plenty of it ... sushi, tempura, noodles. Nice family atmosphere. Great service ... the owners give you special attention, making sure everything is up to your expectations. I will go back many times.

Friendly greeting from owners and servers. Speedy service and everything we ordered was just delicious... Be sure to try the crispy salmon filet!

We go to Ichiban when we are in the mood for Japanese cuisine. The restaurant has been a fixture in Brea for many, many years. It has a broad menu and the food is consistently good. The owner circulates through the restaurant to be sure everyone is pleased with all aspects of his restaurant. He is very friendly and personable.

First time visit. Got shocked by these small portions. At the end I payed a lot of $$$ yet I was still hungry. Tip: After you finish eating at this place, you might want to go and finish your meal somewhere else.
