In need of new management and staff. Came here on multiple occasions. Most employees were great except my last encounter with an employee named Lauren on 2/11/2018. Poor attitude, bad customer service. This place is ran by a bunch of newborn's. Asked to speak with manager they all claimed they each individually were managers. Come on with the BS. Ended up speaking with a "Manager" by the name of Rochelle or whatever. She is too, not be taken seriously either. Won't be returning again.

Wrong fries and burnt on top of that! Their phone is busy for a very long time, and once you get there the staff is busy talking to each other and friends, not even customers. Terrible service, the one in Antioch is only slightly better. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, very low class.

I ordered by phone and when i came to pickup my food 45 minute later (which was the requested time) they had my name with no food listed on their queue. Then instead of rushing my order due due to their mistake, they told me I'd have to wait another 30 minutes... and the wait and service are ALWAYS long. Will not Go back.
