I celebrated a late birthday dinner with my brother there and the waitress and manager both were amazing. We had a very minor issue with our mashed potatoes being cold and asked them to be reheated. the waitress offered us a new order and we declined and said we'd be happy if they just reheat what we had. She brought out our reheated potatoes and our meal was delicious ( chicken fried steak ). The manager came over without us even complaining and apologized for the problem. We said we weren't upset and that the food and service were great. He was very kind and gave us a free dessert along with the free birthday dessert they give out. the entire experience was great and we were treated with the utmost respect. We'll return again without any hesitation.

Food took an hour to come out, which is completely understandable and not a problem because appetizers were already on the table. Mind you for that hour while awaiting our order our table was not attended to and my glass was empty for a good half hour until we got our food. Once we received our food and a few bites in, we paused to have a conversation (like any date night), a to go box was automatically offered to us within those few seconds. Top it off order was mixed up and received a chicken fried chicken instead of a country fried steak, waited an entire hour for something we didnt want. My date didn't want to bring to the waiters attention because we were not going to wait another hour for it to be corrected. So this is one claim jumpers location to pass on

A local favorite of ours. We have been going to the Claim Jumper for many years. We have a tradition of having Ribs. We celebrate our birthdays there. There were a few times we had our order, where the Ribs had way to much gristle, and tough. The last time they were really good. The meat fell off the bone, which is how it should be, considering the price.
