Service is always good even when there is a line it normally doesn't take longer then 20 minutes. Huge... Huge... Huge menu. They have their own beer both on tap and in can. If you go you need to save room for dessert the pazookie is amazing. The newest flavor is money bread... It is well worth it.

I always liked BJ and this one is like the others. The food is great in term of choices and quantity. The price is good when you go with children. They have highchairs, and a kid menu The kid menu is great with many choices under 6$. The service was fast the Sunday I visited at 17h00. The only down side is the parking. It is limited and they trick you to use a valet service that cost money. I had to ask if I must use the valet or not. However, there is a parking at 20 meters in the back...

Always a great experience here! Staff is Super Friendly and helpful. Kid Friendly atmosphere, my 4 yr old twins like the colors given to them with the Kid's Menu. Location has WIFI, a big plus, Kids can play games on their tablets while food arrives. Food; Good food, have never had a bad plate. Beer!!; yes Good home brews to choose from. This time we went for Brunch, My wife loves typical Breakfast food, I don't, so this is a great compromise. Try the Breakfast Pizza!!!!

Went here with a big group for lunch (around 22). Food was great and arrived fast for a large party, however it was the middle of the week and we got there right when they opened. 2 cons I would like to point out: 1. The hostess in front (didn't catch her name) needed a serious attitude check. A little rude, borderline condescending. 2. They set up our long table, but it could only fit about 15. We ended up having to squeeze in until I complained and asked them to add 2 more tables. Unfortunately that happened mid meal so my co-workers on the ends had to stand up and shift around.

Good food... terrible service. Be prepared to wait, and then wait some more. Went twice on this trip. Got food to go on first visit. Was supposed to be 40 minute wait (it was packed). Came back in 40 minutes and they couldn't find the order. Waited another 30 minutes after helping them find the order using my receipt. Still nothing. Manager came back and said they were remaking it and it would be out in 5 minutes. Complained again after 10, then they went back and got it. It was cold. Ate there on the next visit (a Monday night). Average 15 minute wait for table, but food took over 45 minutes to arrive after ordering and several sides were left off. We had the entire meal finished before they brought them. The place was only about half full. Skip this one, it's not worth the frustration. Plenty of other places within walking distance.
