Food is consistent with every location. I just wish the service was better. It seems that every time we visit something is off. They ring the wrong order, they forget to put something in, or they bring something on the meal that my co workers have asked not to have. Itâ€™s a consistent menu and a pretty good variety. If the service was better we would come here more often. Definitely order the cheese curds and chicken tortilla soup! There are better dining experiences located right in downtown burbank. Yard House is typically our last resort.

Yard House has a great, fun atmosphere complimented by a huge beer selection and a wonderful menu. Had the pork burger today, it was outstanding! If you come during happy hour you can load up on appetizers as they are all half off, then pair it with a beer flight.

Wait staff was attentive, and they seated our party of 8 pretty quickly for how busy they were at the time. Large menu, we split things off the appetizer menu. Truffle fries were very delicious. One of my friends ordered the Mac and cheese sticks which also looked really good

Yard House does a great job of not just beers but also mixed drinks. Their selection of mule style drinks is very good. Food is good, too. Fish and chips is always good, as are the tacos, and pastas. After a movie, it's a great place for drinks and snacks.

When you go to a restaurant, the service is a large percentage of the actual dining experience. Which is why this is receiving two stars. The food tasted fine. No complaints there. It's clear the chef and preparation staff are really on their game. The wait staff really doesn't seem to be though. Our waiter was not attentive to what he was doing at all. Whether it was huge delays in bringing items vital to our meal, then bringing half of what he was supposed to bring in the first place, then never bringing anything at all. When questioned, he basically said that he "got busy and had one of his co-workers bring what we needed." This would have been fine but the items never came. What he basically was implying was, " I don't have any real idea of how to do what I'm doing efficiently, so I'm going to rely on someone who clearly has their own workload to deal with and hope it gets to your table in a sensible amount of time." Overall, the atmosphere is great, the beer selection is even better. The service just killed the entire experience to the point where negatives outweigh the positive and redeeming factors. They lost our business.
