The food here is full of flavor. Meat is tender. Sauces are very good. Portions are smaller than other places. Indoor could be noisy. However it has a nice buzz and location is great. Highly recommended.

They had great service and very friendly staff. Our server gave me recommendations when I didn't know what to order. Portions are pretty big. I ordered the quarter rotisserie chicken. It came with 2 sides. Chicken was tender an juicy. It came with some kind of lemony mustard sauce that I did nor like much. My boyfriend ordered the Loma Salado. The Peruvian food did not stand out. I have definitely had better.I would recommend going for the rotisserie chicken but not for the Peruvian food.

Trendy location and interior. Inexpensive lunch for the area, $32 for two. The green beans were good, and the mustard sauce was tasty yet not overpowering. The fries were warm but not crisp, but the fried pollo was so crispy that it was hard. Roasted chicken was bland. Servers were polite, but rushed. Very noisy, such that it might be easier to text each other across the table! It's hard to find a place to love, that has great food and decent service anywhere in the Bay area. This is not one, but when I left I wasn't hungry and didn't feel ripped off, just not impressed enough to want to return.

One of my favorites on the Avenue. Their chicken is tender and delicious with their special sauce. The paella and short ribs are also great choices. True they don’t have a kids menu, but ours love the chicken and mac n cheese (what kids don’t?).

I absolutely love this place. The food, it's location, the drinks, the lively ambience. Having recently moved to the Bay Area, I "discovered" this place thanks to it's high rating and can definitely day it lives up in every way, literally ate there three weeks in a row. The Ceviche classico and the Peruvian paella are my current favorites. Also loved the truffle Mac n cheese, a sure winner if you go there with kids.
