Great place for a family or group celebration. If you have 8 to 10 people, then you get your own table and chef. Slight additions to menu from time to time. Love the mixed drinks and sushi. Full bar. Reservations and check in smooth (you get a pager). Your whole party needs to be present to be seated. Most meals included soup, salad, appetizer, and dessert. Free parking and birthday picture!

I honestly don’t know why this is only rated four stars. By far this is my favorite to eat (the melting pot is a close second). Even though it is usually crowded, that doesn’t take away from how absolutely amazing the food is. The chefs are very talented and skilled, they provide entertainment for everyone so no one is on their phone. You will not be hungry after getting your food and will not be disappointed in the quality. This will always be the best place to eat in my opinion. Although you do need to make reservations at least 24 hours in advanced, it's worth if for the food, entertainment, and quality.

Poor service. Our glasses were empty mid-meal (several times) and my husband had to walk around the restaurant to find our waiter. Our chef, Michael, however, was amazing. Cooked my vegetarian daughter's food separate from the meat at his suggestion. Would recommend saving your time and money and eating at a local place.

Had a lunch reservation for a group of 6 that we booked weeks in advance. When we arrived, we mentioned that we needed to be back to work after lunch and would appreciate moving through our meal a little quicker than usual. The man at the front desk said it would be no trouble to keep our meal to around an hour which worked perfectly for our group. After that exchange, it took another 20 minutes for us to be seated in an empty restaurant. From there, it took another 10 minutes for our chef to arrive. At that point, everything was taking way too long and we had to leave in order to make an afternoon meeting. This was disappointing because we had called in the reservation so early. I hope the next experience here is better

Definitely not the place to get sushi. We walked into the sushi bar area because the wait for the other area was 45 minutes (according to the hostess). The sushi is as uneventful as it could be, same as the miso soup and the edamame. One may think that this is the usual stuff that you get at an old restaurant that was a novelty by serving sushi back in 1975 and they never got the memo saying "Hey, everyone knows that you can do better!". If you are looking for good sushi, this is not the place. Service is normal, nothing out of the ordinary. Price is a bit high for what it is, considering that your expectations of Japanese food is that you'll pay a premium, regardless of the quality...
