Wonderful seafood. Great ambiance. Quiet, quick service. Our waiter was very helpful with questions about the menu. The atmosphere at the restaurant was calm and refined. The drinks from the bar were great. Try the house specialty drink, it was yummy.

The first thing i noticed and liked about this place were the workers and the whole setting. The place is a warm decorative area that makes you feel like your in a crab shack but a high standard crab shack with no grungy people, instead super nice smiley people. Besides the place being great the food perfectly reflects the service and atmosphere. The clam is amazing i have not order one thing i don't like over the past 10 months i have been coming here. Even their none seafood dishes are amazing i had the best juiciest steak here a couple weeks back and it surprised me before then i stuck only to the sea food because it's hard to find good consistent seafood.

This place has been here since 1998 and serves the best seafood and American cuisine. I love the fish soup, clam chowder, salmon plates, salads.. and they actually have very good sushi too. Finally amazing happy hour and pricing for both good and drinks.

Ok so the lobster was great, the crab I tasted was great, and my sides were great. Major problem though I asked for my meat medium rare. That's not what I got. I sent it back saying I asked for medium rare, it had been done past medium rare when I got it the first time and they came back after cooking it some more. I told them I asked for it medium rare that it wasn't that it wasn't cooked enough the first time but it was cooked too much. They took it back after I explained I wanted it medium rare that I like some blood in my meat. They brought back an other one that was, again, past medium rare but cold in the center. Being the third time I had tried to get my meat the way I liked I gave up. They did bring extra sides though to make up for it so that was nice of them. The server we had wasn't even aware that I had sent anything back til he tried to bring us our check and I had to tell him that someone else had to help us. Just kinda disappointing that the server didn't even know what was going on and that I couldn't get my meat cooked the way I liked. Honestly would go back though just for that crab. Just wont get anything else.

Very disappointed in this place. Food is average at best.... They stopped serving the Hawaiian fish I like and switched to the Fiji version of it that's not very good. Still I tried to go back because I like the bread. This was my last time ever going back to this restaurant and here's why.... Plenty of tables open and they still want me to wait. When I look around there is no one else waiting. The excuse from the manager is they don't have the staff. It's not even crowded. Update : the manager Richard never came back around to see how the meal was. Richard your customer service skills are a zero and the girl at the front desk gets a negative one. The waiters are great. In the end they gave me the same table I had been looking at for ten minutes. Go someplace else, they treat people terrible here. The girl at the front was the perfect example of cold rude indifference. So I will explain for her and for Richard. When you have bad customer service you will find customers do not come back. So there will be no more birthday parties or wife's book club at this restaurant. How much money did you and Richard just cost the owner of the business ? I will tell you it's thousands of dollars. On average I speed $60 -$120 per visit with just two of us. We have lived in the area for seventeen years and you have lost us as customers. I will never go back and to everyone that avoids this place, I will say thank you. You made the right choice if you went any place but here. 👎👎👎👎
