Terrible service and rude wait staff and hostess. We were waiting for a table and told it would be a 5-10 min wait which was fine. The hostess was busy talking to one of the other girls and then walked away with her. Then two ladies walked inside in front of us and got seated right away. Instead of the staff telling them that we were waiting first and they needed to get up we had to continue to wait to be seated. One of the men even said we can leave if we don’t want to wait. We only stayed because my mom wanted to and even after we were seated the staff was just giving us dirty looks. The food and drinks are also very pricey for the little amount that you get and the French Toast and potatoes were just saturated with butter/oil . I will never come back here.

Best food ever. The staff is incredibly friendly. It's dog friendly. There's gluten free and vegan options. The grilled potatoes are cooked to perfection. Start with the ginger shots. The French toast will be the best you have had.

Consistently friendly and nice service. Consistently excellent food. I’ve never gotten a bad meal or bad service here. The staff makes you feel like family. I recommend Blu Jam totally

Nice selection but I had to do some work while I ate and the INTERNET password DOESN’T work. Bummer 🤔

Horrible service. The food is okay at best. They took too long to get my burger. I had at least 6 people who showed up after me that receive their food first. One of them ordered the same Burger after me yet he was served first. In spite of how horrible the experience is, I still tipped 20% because the waiter was looking at me the whole time, making me feel that I have to give that much.
