Best experience I've ever had at a Red Lobster. David my waiter was super helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. The food was great the steamed lobster tails were as good as just about anywhere else. I found out I could replace my snow crab legs with an additional lobster tail for only 3.99 more. I mentioned I was a bit cold and Alex the manager immediately came over moved me to a better location, turned up the temperature on the thermostat and brought me a hot coffee. Having owned a fine dining restaurant I know that the Chef makes the food but the front of house people make the experience. I can now see why this Red Lobster get so many good reviews.

We had a reservation for a family birthday party for 10 people at 7pm. Its now 7:20pm and we still havent been seated. We received an apology but nothing is being done. They should be by better prepared!

We came here on a Saturday. My wife ordered the Bay Harbor Bake and I ordered the chicken sandwich with no cheese. The pasta my wife had was plain and 3 out of 8 mussels were still sealed. My chicken sandwich was just okay. Way overpriced mediocre food. Their 1.25lbs lobster is the only good dish in my opinion.
