Thus us actually the 4th time I've had issues with this place, but it's so bad this time I have to say something. Apparently, their new speaker system doesn't allow them to hear what you order, as you have to repeat every single item you order 3 to 5 times EACH item. After waiting for 4 cars ahead of me, I ordered 2 chili cheese dogs with buy one get one free coupon for doing the survey. I asked her to hold the chili on one dog. She tells me that the coupon is for 2 chili cheese dogs and they can not change or alter what is on the coupon. Really? So, I said, whatever, give me two with chili then. I got my order, drove off and parked to eat, but when I opened my package, I received 2 plain dogs on buns. I drove back through, waited for 4 more cars, showed the girl my plain dogs, repeated that it was supposed to be 2 chili cheese dogs, and she asked if I would pull around the corner, so they could service the cars behind me. I refused. Why would I wait for them to make other orders instead of mine? It had already taken 20 minutes. She gives me a bag, and I check the contents, only to see that there are 2 more plain dogs on buns. I asked what was wrong with her, and demanded a manager. The manager asked what was wrong, as if she had not heard any of this 20 minute conversation from 3 feet away. The girl then tells me that I ordered 2 plain dogs, which I am getting utterly upset by now, and start ranting that my order is simple.. 2 chili cheese dogs! Why us this a question after I've repeated it to these idiots 20 times by now. They again ask me to pull out and let them serve others. The nerve of these people! How can they justify wronging my easy order twice, and still wanting me to wait till they serve 4 more cars after the 8 cars they already served ahead of me? After 35 minutes, the manager gives me a 3rd bag, with the correct chilli cheese dogs in it, and extremely condescending voice says "have a nice day"! No apologies, no discount, no recompense, just get out of the way! Everyone in this location should be fired! There isn't an ounce of brains in the store! There is zero customer service! And after I ate the damn cold skimpy dogs, I felt sick afterward. I can only speculate as to whether they did something to my food as retaliation, but I highly recommend not eating here. I will be reporting them to their corporate office promptly.
