Took 2 hrs for delivery when they predicted 45 min to an hr. Horrible service. Clearly poor management. Food was luke warm as one might expect. I ordered a classic Italian sausage sandwich which was supposed to have green bell peppers and onions with no pickles or pepperchinis and got no onions or bell peppers with pickles. If you're gonna be horribly late at.least get the order right. We are having to warm up our food. Super frustrating. We will never order from them again.

I had to wait two hours to get my pizza and my food was cold, the sandwich was made incorrectly. I called to speak with the owner and she told us that we are being disrespectful and said that we ordered wrong and never even acknowledge that they were two hours late. The owner was so upset that we said the sandwich was made incorrectly that she said she would never let us order from them again, not that we would ever even go again. The service was bad, the food tasted horrible, and by the time the food came we were starving. It was a waste of money that could have been spent at New York Pizzaria where they always have had great food and service.

Tonight I made the mistake of trying to support a local family owned business. I placed my order for delivery with the Calimesa store at 5:24. The rude Delivery Driver/Manager did not arrive until 7:40. Everytime I called I was told 30 more minutes. This happened three times. At the two hour mark I was told by the person who took my order that he had to transfer my order to a store in Cherry Valley. One of the managers of that store arrived with no apology and a request for the full amount. When I told her I did not think that was fair she said we do not comp orders. I refused the order and by the time I finish writing my yelp review Pizza Hut will be here. Live and Learn.

Delivery always takes at least an hour, but I feel like itâ€™s worth it. Just one of those things you have to order ahead of time and plan on ordering early. Their fiesta pizza is the best!
