It was a rainy, cold-ish day and I wanted a healthy warm soup and salad. I decided to finally try Basil and Mint. I am very happy I did, to treat myself. I had shrimp spring rolls in rice paper with a tangy peanut sauce. The rolls were packed with shrimp, veggies and noodles, which left me eager for the House Special noodle soup. I got the regular bowl instead of the large, and did not regret it. Fresh, vibrant, tasty food!! Try it.

Had lunch there. Very delicious, fresh and reasonably priced. The shrimp springrolls (with rice paper wrappers) and jalapeno calamari are a must try. Friendly servers & staff, fast service. Will be back, if I am ever in the area again.

I ordered the fried rice with chicken and at first I was presented with this sloppy goop that was hard to eat. I finally got up the nerve to ask if this is what their rice normally looks like and the waitress said it did look different then she said she'd take it back and have them make me a new one. My husband was done eating by the time the second rice was done so I got it to go. Once I found my appetite later I greatly enjoyed the rice! Based on the second plate of rice I would definitely order it again. A pet peeve of mine is having to track down our server to get a drink refill and we were left waiting for water for a long time after having asked for it. We put our empty cups visibly on the other side of the table and even after our server returned multiple times she forgot to bring water. So for that I docked an extra star.

Food is okay (not memorable though) but service can be slow. Last time I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get our food... I may not come back here for a while.

Yuck. Got a stomachache after eating the lettuce wraps. My tea tasted like faucet water. The plates were dirty.
