Totally awesome eating spot! The employees are customer service oriented, kind, courteous and thoughtful! Many of their employees are Bilingual which is nice because I get a chance to practice my Spanish! They are a pretty pleasant group of people. My experience there was great! The food was also excellent! Very yummy! am

Most of the time this restaurant is amazing. Open normal hours and the late night crew is especially great. Went tonignt at 11:39pm on 10/22/17 and was told by the woman working that they actually closed at 11:30 which I thought was a little weird, especially by late night fast food standards and this location's late night hours when I've visited previously. I was confused, but left to go to the other jack in the box location a few miles down the road (which is definitely open long past midnight)... While driving to the second location I called this location to see if I could get a better explanation than the short, curt "yeah we actually close at 11:30". The same woman (identified by voice) answered the phone. I asked what time they closed tonight to which she replied 12:00am. I asked why a few minutes before she told me they closed at 11:30pm to which she didn't really give an answer to and I hung up the phone because I knew I wasn't going to get any honest information out of this employee. I don't know if she just didn't want to make my food at that time or if they were closed because even google has 1:30am listed as the closing time for this location which is entirely misleading. I think it's extremely unprofessional and lazy to have done this for no apparent reason. I really hope this employee gets the training she needs to do her job correctly. For the foreseeable future I will no longer visit this location due to this experience. Very dumbfounded by what happened.

I used to love this location. Exclusively go to this location. Then they messed up my order, twice in the same night! I took the survey, got a call back from the district manager. He apologized and sent me 3 vouchers for a free small combo. I only went to Jack in the Box to redeem these vouchers. Every time I went something went wrong. Tonight my hubby wanted tacos from there. So I say okay one last shot. No joke was in line for twenty minutes. There were 3 cars ahead of me. Then when we got the food, I got no receipt, the tacos were cold and mostly lettuce. Hardly any meat. None of the sauce that's in there. I won't return to this location again. Other locations? Perhaps at some point.

Terrible service. Slow. Once they handed the food, they shut the window quickly and walked away without allowing us any time to speak back with them. Once we got home and checked our food, we realized why they walked away so quickly. Opened our bags to stale fries, seemed to be a sitting for a few hours, as well as bad tacos. Seems like they knew that they were handing us bad fries and walked away to avoid confrontation about them.

Better than McDonald's, always clean and maintained, restrooms are now customers only, and combination is a must. Breakfast all day, and new menus added.
