I have been going to this Jack in the box for 6 years and frequently my son loves there pancakes. Everyone is so nice I have NEVER meet anyone not nice or not kind. I have only had one bad issue where my food was done wrong and it wasn't that bad. I called they fixed it and gave me credit. The store manager is such a sweetheart also awesome. Keep up the good work guys.

I don't get what's wrong with the people who work here, I'm not sure if they don't listen or rush too much and forget stuff. But they always get the orders wrong or forget to put something I ordered in the bags. I ordered 4 he bacon cheese burgers plus a couple other items and only for 2 or bacon cheese burgers. They also have messed up on my number 12 and given me a number 6 on 5 different occasions. You guys need to stop hiring people who can barely talk or understand English and also tell your workers to pay attention. This is absolutely ridiculous that I constantly come across this same problem here

Eh it's Jack in the crack what's there to say? The meat is subpar and the fries are cold.
