I love In-N-Out. Always have. Always will. But I'll go elsewhere for a burger before going to this location again. The parking is a joke! There's only a small fraction of the spaces needed for customers, and no way out once you 'round the corner & discover the lot is full. You literally have to exit by going back through the parking lot in reverse, trying to dodge the other cars lined-up behind you, trying to do the same. Not sure what's crazier... That some (presumably qualified) architect designed it this way, or that In-N-Out brass approved the design. As long as this remains the only location nearby, I'll be grabbing burgers elsewhere next time I'm in Lake Elsinore.

Okay so I hear a lot of things about this place but after trying it for the first time I was very dissipointed with it. The food was good and was ready fast with it full of people. My complaint is that they only have a few items on their menu, and then have a secret menu that has many different items on it but you don't know how much it is. So you can't order what you truly want because it's not on the menu, or you don't know how much you will pay for it. If I was able to see the items and the price it would have been 4 or maybe 5 stars.

You can bet In-n-Out will cook you an awesome burger every time. Perfectly toasted bun, fresh veggies and the fries are always tasty. I like that they have the hot peppers by the ketchup station, like an old school burger joint would. Classic.

How the heck does in n out not have a perfect score?! This place is awesome. Just tried my first order off their “secret menu” and had a delicious Neapolitan shake. Yum yum yum

Absolutely amazing experience everytime I visit In-N-Out. The people are always so helpful, the food is always amazing, and the facilities are cleaner than a whistle. The only complaint that I will ever have about an in and out is the drive-thru line which is always no matter what time of day ridiculously packed, not just at this store but at everyone that I visit or pass by. There's nothing like a hot double double animal style to satisfy your hamburger desire!
