This place should hire more servers. More servers mean better service. Seemed like our server was so stressed out and was having a bad day. She was in a hurry to take our orders. The appetizers came out last and we had to remind her. Overall experience was not too bad but definitely needs improvement.

Always have a great time when I come to Lake Elsinore Chili's. Great and fun atmosphere, tropical sunrise is very tasty. I have never had any issues with food and servers are always friendly and knowledgeable!

I have to say now that Chili's has started to go back to where they began menu wise, it is good again. We used to go all the time but pretty much stopped going. We'd go every now & then but leave bit disappointed. BUT tonight it was wonderful. The food was great & our waiter Matt was awesome. 👍

The host made use wait 20 minutes to be seated. Even though there were tables empty. Then sat us at one of the empty tables. The server was not very attentive. My ice tea refill was no ice. The food on the other hand was very good. We never saw the bill we had to pay by the thing at the table after the 15 minute wait. Overall good food service not so good.

When you enter, left side will be the bar and right will be the dining area. I suggest take the left side if you can, much quieter. Get a frozen margarita while you enjoy the AC and watch some spots, best place to be at on a hot summer day for cheap.
