We ordered sandwiches for a meeting, gave each order by name and what we wanted, the person on the phone read them back to me. After we picked them up. Not one out of seven sandwiches were done correctly. Mine was supposed to be a veggie on flatbread, with provolone, and banana peppers. I got cold flat bread with no cheese, honey mustard and banana peppers. The management argued with me. And said we needed to bring all the sandwiches back to either have them remade or get a refund. I guess they don’t know they just lost seven customers

The owner almost got in a fist fight with a costumer over a stupid egg sandwich. Made everyone in the store including the employees very uncomfortable some of them even left. Shame on this franchise owner.
