The food is great and ordering in-store is easy. A bit difficult to place an online order to get the discounts and coupons. Will definitely return though.

Food is delicious and always hot. Staff is super nice and helpful. Dining area could have been cleaner. Several dirty tables sitting too long IMO. Will definitely go back.

Always a great spot to get fresh cooked southern style food. Delicious sides as well as awesome customer service.

Poor experience at the Carlsbad, Boston Market.Ordered 3 holiday meals for Christmas three weeks in advance, asked for a substitution for an item was told "no substitution ".Because it would mess up their inventory. All items in meals were accounted for based on meals ordered. Went to pick up my order on Christmas eve, was told that they ran out of pumpkin pies that were part of the meal and at that time I could "substitute" another dessert for it. but when I ordered my meal was told no substitution my me but it was okay for the store to substitute because they didn't order enough (inventory). When I arrived home they forgot an item tried to call Carlsbad, Boston Market and every time I called I was hung up on. I had to drive back to the store to get missing item. I emailed Boston Market corporate the next day to complain was sent an email how "I was important to Boston Market" and that I would be contacted by someone at the corporate office in a few days. Still waiting to hear from them. I know that in the future I will not return back to Boston Market .

Boston market is a good place to get a quick bite if one don’t want to cook but don’t like taking time at a traditional restaurant but don’t like to eat fast food. Though while they seem to be a popular choice for pre made Thanksgiving feasts but they don’t publish their real thanksgiving holiday hours online and it’s very difficult to call in as their phones are busy. All the online sources state they open till ten. But when I and many others arrive at 5:40pm only to be disappointed as the staff outside said sorry that they are closed. Yet there was no special Thanksgiving holiday hours posted anywhere and worst of all the neon “OPEN” sign was still on and people were still in line inside the place. It appear they probably just “closed” on 5:30pm on Thanksgiving. I hope they read this and realize this makes a bad impression of their otherwise good restaurant.
