This IHOP is located on the ground floor of a residential building. Very nice location. The restaurant is spacious and new. The Service: Yasmin was my server. Very attentive and friendly. Felt very welcoming here. Good customer service! The Food: I tried the Double Blueberry pancake. Full stack (4 pancakes). Blueberries in the pancakes plus warm blueberries drizzle on top. Not overly sweet. The Parking: Parking structure and street parking (1 hour)

Spent father's day here. Showed up before rush hour to avoid a long line so we took a seat as we walked in before 7:30 AM. Waited nearly 30 minutes for coffee and well over hour thirty for food. We had a day planned for my father on his day but had to modify plans because we spent over 2 hrs here. The managers name apparently is "el jefe" and he seemed more interested in playing games with his employees than making sure things are getting done at his store. Not sure why since it was father's day and they already had a very long waiting list by the time we walked out after 10AM
