I ordered to-go, but they were very hospitable during my wait. Asking me if I wanted something to drink or just making conversation. Dining here doesn't seem like a dismissive option, it's just I'm particularly about my social gathering setting. P.S. to-go order respond in a timely manner.

Great service, good value and friendly server! Our service was great and the server we had was quick to refill our drinks, bring our food quickly and get our check settled quickly too. Food was hot and tasty and our kids liked variety of the kids menu. We had the 3 for $10 special and it was great. Where else can you get a steak dinner for $10?! For a busy Friday night we waited less than 30 mins. Would recommend this place for its fast service and good value!

20 min wait for a booth; not too bad, flighty waitress, great food! Baby back ribs melted in my mouth, beer was super cold! Restaurant was overly kid- friendly that day; too much movement in the isle & loitering too close to our table. First time I'd had that issue there; maybe an isolated incident* I highly recommend Chili's for casual, friendly atmosphere, great food & adult beverages! Full bar in restaurant.*

I ordered online for a walk-in pick up. When I arrived at the appointed time, I was greeted by a smiling server. She quickly stepped around back and brought out my bagged order. Before she handed it over, she unbagged each item to show me that my order had been properly prepared. That was a nice touch. So, no surprises when I get home. Now the ride home was pure torture. Everything smelled so good that I nearly pulled over to tear into it, in the car. But persistence prevailed and the food made it to the house, where it was quickly devoured. Yeah, I want my babybacks.

After placing my online curbside order I received a text stating my order would be ready in 15 minutes and to park and send a text when I arrived so my order could be bought out to my car. I arrived to pick my food up 25 minutes after placing my order. I parked in a curbside order parking space and sent a text as instructed notifying chili's I was there and was immediately notified by another text my order would be out shortly. The server arrived with my order over 20 minutes after arrival and stated she couldn't find my car. I checked my order for accuracy before leaving only to discover that two of my side orders were missing. I notified the server of the missing items and had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get these items. When I got home my food was cold and I discovered the meat in my big bite burgers was under cooked. If I could give only half a star I would! This was a terrible dining experience.
