Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

It was an insanely busy Friday evening and I was getting a to-go order. The service was wonderful! The employees were quick, efficient and pleasant with zero signs they were under any stress. I was very impressed. Also, food was top notch, per usual.

It is sad that there are so many fake reviews...... Just train your staff properly! DEEP CLEAN THE RESTAURANT! MAKE IT SAFE FOR FAMILIES. AND serve GOOD FOOD.. If not.... close the place. If Red Robin is not in the business to do it right... get out of the business! ❌❌ ....................................... This restaurant that should be CLOSE AND CLEANED.. and the staff retrained or FIRED. PEOPLE getting sick from a dirty/filthy restaurant and very poor employee training is not a joke. Photos don't lie... exaggerate .. or make excuses.. owners of this franchise need to take these issue's SERIOUSLY. ... right now there is a massive egg and romaine lettuce recall... because employees didn't CARE!!... people are sick.. some went into Kidney failure!!.. I am contacting Red Robin Corporation Inc. Riverside County Health Department. City of Rancho Mirage CA. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PHOTOS IN MY PROFILE ABOUT THIS PLACE....BEFORE BRINGING YOUR FAMILY/CHILDREN TO THIS RESTAURANT! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Horrible experience! First of all the hostess said it would be 10 minutes to be seated. 3/4 of the restaurant was EMPTY! When we were being escorted to our table we realized she was sitting us next to a family with screaming children. We said we did not want that at all... She gave us a dirty look. .. she needs to be fired. We notice minutes later she did the same thing with a foursome of senior citizens. She gave them a dirty look.... she needs to be fired. Our server Nick... was a joke. He said very little to us. Dropped the menus and walked away. No napkins... no silverware ... no thank you for coming... needs to be fired! Food was a joke.... $35.00 for two burgers with fries and diet cokes... Diet cokes were offered to be refilled at the end of the meal...... NO MENTION OF DESSERT ...coffee... ... or a thank you... needs to be fired!! Red Robin Rancho Mirage is FILTHY. Do not bring children here. People are going to get sick. SEE PHOTOS. Gang Graffiti, urine, and filthy bathrooms .... Where do employees wash their hands? I HOPE I DON'T GET SICK! Bar is filthy.... See photos. Riverside County Health Department NEEDS to investigate this restaurant!.. soon.

I've had mixed experiences. The food is always good. But the wait staff can be very attentive or non existant. The location is convenient. The food is great. The restaurant is clean. Overall, it's a good place.

Amazing burgers and sandwiches. The Cowboy Tavern Double is juicy and delicious with bbq sauce and ranch. One of the best burgers I've had from a chain/franchise place.

I've had a hit-or-miss experience with this particular Red Robin. The food quality is usually pretty good and the ambience is fun. The pricing, while not cheap, is reasonable for what you get. Overall I'd give this place a four star rating were it not for the service. There are times when it is great, and times when it is abysmal. Some of the servers are really on top of things, while some clearly would rather be somewhere else. A little work on weeding out the unmotivated servers would make me want to come here a lot more often.
