Last night was the first time that IHOP kicked ass! There wasn't one thing I can recall that was anything less than superb! My fiance and I truly enjoyed the food and service we received which ultimately helped Alexandra & myself be more appreciative of each other's time as well as our worth!

My roommates and I came I for a late dinner and all ordered the same meal. When the food came out each one of our orders were wrong. So then when we asked for our correct order the server and the cooks were making fun of us in Spanish claiming that we were cry babies because we wanted the food that we ordered. The server was also no where to be found for most of our meal. We will never be going to this IHOP again and would much rather drive a little longer to eat in Rancho mirage.

Went with a group of 3, all got the same exact meal ultimate bacon and sausage meal with cinnamon Hawaiian French toast and we got plates of the wrong meals. When we told the waiter he went back to the kitchen and the whole time we heard the chefs speaking Spanish calling us "cry babies" for asking for what we had all ordered in the first plaace. Very poor customer service and very slow will not be returning to this location. I will happily drive out of my way to not have to deal with the ridiculousness again.

The staff was very friendly. Quick service and the food was delicious and well made. I would most definitely come back here.
