This place is a hit 'n miss. I go here only for the Prime Rib. But you have to go at a certain time or else no ribs for you lol. The service is good. The rib sometimes have too much fat in it - but is well prepared.

When there was a Carrows in Tucson, AZ I remember going and I never had a bad experience. This experience in California was not bad, but not great- indifferent. They serve a traditional breakfast and have multiple things on the menu. The hot chocolate and coffee were mediocre and nothing to rave about. The service was okay but could use improvement with friendliness and promptness when ordering. At the time we got there it was sparse with customers, we had to order our beverages before we finally got them at the same time our food came out. The third star is because I liked their bathrooms. They flushed perfectly fine and were quick on filling up. They had toilet paper and real paper towels. This is odd, I know, but with a toddler the bathroom is always important! We also liked the soap in the women's bathroom. It was "pink" and smelled "delicious" (per the toddler- lol).

Restaurant is clean. Restrooms are clean. The Staff was friendly. Senior discount meals are offered for customers “55” and over. Easy parking. RV friendly parking. Great selection of deserts and pies. They also offer wine and beer. Senior meatloaf is my favorite. Kids meals here are $$$. They offer many seasonal pies to go. Great place for large groups. For large groups you can Reserve the back meeting room. Coffee is good and refills are still free.

All of the Carrows by me shutdown. Was happy to see this one up and running in Cerritos. Had a great dinner and went back later on for dessert!

Came here because we thought they had kids eat free, they don't anymore. Food was bland, waiter was nice but service was very slow. They need a good remodel too.
