Decided for this place over Olive Garden and/or Chilli's wanted to celebrate with the family a special occasion. Monday night you expect the palace to be kinda slow which it was maybe because of the time of the day, 8pm. Entrance wasn't clean, papers all over the place and hostess trash can over flowing of thras, took quiet time to be served after they sat us, appetizers were cold which were replaced upon we requested. Sever was polite no question about that, but you expect more for your money from the brand of the restaurant. I'll think twice before going there again.

Service was good. Food and drinks were great. The bar needs a good cleaning but other than that was satisfied.

Had a salad that was really good. Service wasn't great. Kinda slow and many tables and the floor were dirty.

1st of since we walked in the vibe wasn't right but let it flow I thought it was me, but my little sister even sense that it seem like the people that supposed to get us a table were leaving us last, everyone that had came after us were getting a table and they were party of 3/4 and my party was of 3. Honestly we couldnt tell who were the employees, i understand is St. Patricks day, but it would be great if they all look presentable Well we get our table, everything is going well, we order our appetizers which was the Friday appetizers we get extra plates and well noticed that the plates are still dirty well did bother saying anything which I should of but my boyfriend and little sister were just eating it without a plate. We order drinks and we get slushy mango and well the drink is not a slushy, it was a regular mango drink with cubes of ice. Time go's by the A.C. was full blast, literally my appetizer were cold by the first bit I take from a boneless wing, I ask if they can turn it down but one of there serve said they couldn't. Well food is brought to the table and we noticed that our food wasn't presentable at all especially the half rib & shrimp that I order, I was sharing my food with my little sister that is 12 years old she even said "what is this" "why does it look like that" well I told her don't worry let's just eat, well she eating and when she about to dig in to the 2 bite she noticed a hair on her food, obviously she doesn't want to eat anymore. We called our waiter and mention the hair he tells us that he will speak to he's manager; a few minutes pass and our waiter comes to our table apologize and has the receipt that they removed the plate I order. It had nothing to do about making the payment of the plate or not, but what really disappointed my sister, my boyfriend and I was that the manager didn't bother coming to our table to apologize. I have nothing against our waiter, he had great customer service but honestly it wasn't right for the manager to send he's employee back with the receipt, so we can be okay that we got a 20% discount and let me tell you that when we were leaving we noticed that the shrimp wasn't even in our plate, which was part of the plate we order. A nice tip for the manager whom you are next time when something like that happens you go straight to their table and apologize to your customer, because you may never know what type of experience they had from the time they walked in to your restaurant. Good luck, but for sure next time I'll be going to South Gate FRIDAY'S they have excellent customer service, well groom, we can honestly distinguish who work there.

The food was good. Our service was friendly & fairly prompt. The strawberry lemonade was terrible! It tasted of badly filtered water, detergent or sink water smell ... tasted bad! I sent it back & got something else. Otherwise the atmosphere was good, friendly & helpful staff. Our dinner was very good. We enjoyed our dinner out.
