One of the few places in downtown Chico with off-street parking for free. The owner is super friendly and wants you to enjoy your meal to the point where he will go over the menu with you explaining each dish so you get what you want. I had an excellent beef bulgogi. So much tender flavorful meat and a simple well-dressed side salad to keep your palate fresh. It doesn't look like much of a place but don't let that fool you.

Always clean and I've never been sick from here. So considering most Asian food places, that's a big plus. They take a little time to make the food and you can see some of it is store bought frozen foods, but its all tasty. A little over priced. All in all when I want teriyaki in Chico, I come here. Their Gyoza (frozen) is really good, never greasy and always crunchy. I go here specifically for those little golden fried nuggets!!

Owner remembers us and always asks about my kids. Food is very affordable and very tasty! This is often my teens treat of choice when we come to Chico.

I ordered chicken terriyaki, and it came with no sauce, portions were small, not enough meat. food was fresh, authenticity is non existant. If you enjoy japanese food eat somewhere else
