Sorry to say the Service was Not our normal experience. We received our appetizer in a timely manner but took a long time to get his attention that we needed more ranch dressing, brought one small one for the two dinners to share an appetizer. Then we could not believe how long it took them to bring us our food! The lady actually apologized for the lateness of bringing the dinners. Then by the time I was able to get his attention even as he was standing looking around the room my steak was half gone to finally get some steak sauce. The little kiosk screen to pay would not take a card and he finally had to do it manually at his station. We hope this decline in service will not be permanent at Chico's Chilie's. Ed Gross : - (

My experience was much different. I had three ladies hovering.. and it was just me. Hubby had to work and I have no cute kids here, so no reason other than excellent customer service to make sure I was repeatedly cared for! Ordered the lunch combo fajitas and it was so cheap I got dessert, too! I cannot say enough about the chocolate chip cookie skillet... lunch was good but dessert was heaven! Thanks again Chili's for an amazing lunch!

Great service and great price.... ordered our food... and it all came out in order and on time. Steak was under cooked... waitress took care of it asap and drinks were never dry.

The To-Go lady was super sweet. They got my order to me 10 minutes early and everything was perfect. Great place 😊

OK first off I love Chili's! I had lunch here yesterday ( in Chico, CA), my wife and I sat in the Bar. The first table we sat at smelled like urine! So we moved, the bar tender was doing everything. Making drinks, hosting, sitting customers, taking orders, busing tables, fixing menus, doing to go orders! So we sat there for a bit but did order. Menus needed to be cleaned, gross! Tables sticky! Went to restroom to wash hands and there was no hot water! On the way to restroom ran into what looked like the manager, stood there for a minute or two until she finished her talk with a customer! Move !Help your Bar tender! Do something! The food came and it was the worst food I have ever had from a Chili's. The Chicken Enchilada's had some sort of white sauce that tasted like ranch! Our drinks ran out and we where done trying to eat this gross food before we were asked if we wanted water! Never got the free chips and salsa they are advertising either! I don't even want to give 1 star! Will not be going back to a Chili's ever again!!!!
