The most amazing, delicious fish tacos!! I came here for their Taco Tuesday special - $1 fish tacos. I called ahead and ordered to go - I would definitely recommend calling ahead. The restaurant was crowded and lively with several TVs on with sports. There was a long line to pick up to go orders but they did have the line moving pretty fast. The fish tacos were much better than i had expected. Many places skimp on the Taco Tuesday special and for $1 what could you really expect? First the fish was lightly breaded and perfectly fried. The cabbage and dressing was perfect. The taco itself was quite large. PFG exceeded my expectations with a delicious fish taco that I will return for many times - not just on Taco Tuesday. I also look forward to discovering the rest of their menu.

We were just at the Pacific Fish and Grill in Chino Hills.My son and I placed our order at 8:15 PM for dine in. We kept waiting for our order and it did not come. At 8:40PM,I called one of the server. Her name is Serena. She went and talked to Valerie who was the lead. Then she came back to us stating it will be about 5 mins and made up an excuse that there were a lot of orders. I told her that there are other customers who came after us and already got their order. I asked for her manager, she replied they do not have one.I asked for a lead and she said she will call someone in a black shirt. Valerie came to our table at 8:45 PM with our order packed to go. I asked her why is my order packed to go when I ordered it dine in. She replied, “After 8:30 everything is to go”.I pointed it out to her that my order was placed at 8:15. She looked at my receipt and stated,”Well it is a mistake on my part, so do you want your food or what”.I insisted on getting hold of her manager. Valerie left and spoke with Serena. She came back five minutes later with my receipt and a number for their manager. She said, “You can call her tomorrow and she can help you”.She turned her back and left. This is the epitomy of poor customer service. How do you train your employees?

Very disappointed with the service today.... Normally I do a called in for a pick up and order what I want and I do that throughout the week never had a problem however there is this hostes her name is Valerie always seems to make a big deal about phone call ordering cause normally I pay when I pick up but when is her shift she insisted in charging me over the phone or not doing my order and that bugs me cause no one else that takes my order gives me a big deal on this one lyrics her... PACIFIC GRILL GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, MAKESURE YOUR EMPLOYESS KNOW THE CORRECT PROCESS IN DOING THIS.... IF IS CHARGING OVER THE PHONE WELL FINE BUT MAKESURE EVERY ONE IS TRAIN TO DO SO.... I'M VERY MUCH DISPLEASED WITH HER ACTIONS....

Over cooked fish and shrimp tacos, got our orders wrong and forgot my daughter's kids plate. Waited an extra 20 minutes for her plate. Cooks and waitress we're bewildered as to what happened and couldn't figure it out. Hint, just look at the empty spot on her side of the table and look at my receipt. Common sense isn't so common anymore.

Really bad food and price are $$$$ would not recommend at all... Might be microwave pre package food
