The hostess was probably the sweetest girl I've had as a host in a while. However, the waiting staff and food runner were not as pleasant. Mostly the food runner. She had an ugly attitude when calling out the food and slammed the plates down. The waitress was ok but I think she lacked enthusiasm in general. The food came out in a timely manner and was correct and tasted great. I never saw one manager walk around and table touch. ( I was in the restaurant business for many years and experience has taught me to look for little things like this)

RA is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is amazing! It is quality taste so I believe the pricing is reasonable for what you are getting. Recommend this place to anyone who enjoys sushi and great ambiance.

Sat at the bar that wasn't very busy. Our food took longer than expected. New people behind sushi bar that I never seen before even after eating there over 10 times. Over all food is excellent that's why I keep coming back. Sushi bar just needs a little push start when it comes to serving.

After a long day ,I decided to treat my kids and myself to a nice dinner and what better place than RA since it's a chino hills favorite. My daughter decided on outside patio....... not going to make my experience story long but our waitress was never around , felt ignored about the heater being put on after 2 reminders and wasn't turned on till another group came and another waitress sent some one. Request weren't brought ( lemon for my soy sauce and wasabi.... I had to dig the lemons out of our water) I did bring it to her attention that she was hardly being attentive and apologized but kept doing it. There were only 4 groups biggest being 5 or 6 and was divided by 2 waitresses. Never came back to see how we were doing or dropped off our bill after a while , I literally had to wait in the front to receive our check and pay. Working with people my self , I don't get how people forget what a long ways some great customer service goes.My apologies I wasn't all done up and made out like your "usual" amazing looking customers to get the same service everyone else got around us.Although I looked like a just tired mom in flip flops that had a long day and kids messy from school, looks can be deceiving tips given out of my pocket is never less than 20% - 25% but you get what you give out.

Super cute, lots of seating. I’m from Los Angeles so I’m never in Chino but this area was recommended ‘The Shoppes’; good for kids and adults went around 9pm on Saturday lots of space. Customer service was amazing! Our waitress and bartender were so nice, always checked on us, never felt forced. Sushi was delish we had the edamame, assortment of sushi and my belly is not in pain. Plenty of parking in the back for free. They also have a happy hour check the website!
