Always had good luck, last time the ribs were tough as shoe leather and you have to ask for pickles and onion plus they ration them out !!!!!

I went there with my family after buying the family pack on Groupon, which includes 2 lbs of meat and 3 medium sides. We weren't paying attention to how much they were giving us, but when we got it (we ordered to go), it felt a lot lighter than when we got it at another store. We weighed it when we got home, and we were missing almost a pound of our meat, and the sides we're only half filled. There is an outrageous amount of food missing. The other locations seem fine, but we are never going back to this one again.

Love the meats. The family loves the sides.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. When they first opened they were amazing I was in there a minimum of one to two times a week. After my last visit I doubt I will ever go back. I ordered brisket I did not receive brisket the guy at the counter was too interested in flirting with the customer that was sitting down eating. I've never been to a barbecue place that had no barbecue sauce out and when they did bring it out two out of the three we're the same she poured sweet into both the sweet and the original. The meat used to be kept in the hot box now they are lazy and leave it out under a hot lamp where it gets cold there was not one item that we ordered that was served hot everything was lukewarm at best to the point where I asked if they had a microwave. It used to be clean and well-kept now the place is a mess Crumbs from the ice cream cones everywhere no paper towels on the rolls the drain for the soda machine overflowing onto the floor. I know the same owner owns the Dickey's in San Dimas I would not recommend that one either.

Very poor service took forever to get my food. I also saw a rat run across the room too. Don't eat there
