Pizza was cold, it looked like it had been made way earlier and someone forgot to pick it up. The cashier was pleasant

The local Little Caesars will not honor the current special being advertised on TV. Owner's orders said the guy at the register. Further, an elderly and disabled lady in a car in the parking lot asked if I could go back in and buy an order of hot wings for her. (Of course I did) She even had exact change. She had called the store and they wouldn't do it. There were four or five working at the time.

Horrible told us it would be a 7 minute wait thinking it would be fresh got back to our hotel room the pizza must have been sitting in the warmer allll day it was the worst I had in my whole life it wasn't even cooked all the way and hard to get a slice it was like prying apart rubber!! I wouldn't even give it a 1 star
