Good food however terrible customer service. Me and my wife came at night one time and the staff was lazy and groping each other in front of us. They also decided to talk to their friends eating. We decided to come in the morning one time and another bad experience. Ordered one of their flavored pancakes as a side which the menu said would be 2 extra dollars and he brought me regular pancakes. When i told him what i ordered he argued with me about what the menu said

Went with my family about 2 hours ago and the hostess was rude. Passed by us without looking at us and said it's be a thirty minute wait - with a little attitude. I look around and see many open tables, and I tell her, wait what about those tables are they reserved? She quickly responded " that dont matter" with more attitude! I understand that you're short staffed, but you should not be giving attitude unless you want that right back! You could have said it in a nicer way and maybe you wouldn't tick customers off. Management, supervisors, you know who this girl is. I suggest give her customer service lessons because she doesn't have any skills. Management, she cost you some business, and who knows who else she gives her attitude to. There are plenty of nicer people who would love that position and who would do a better job.

Wait to be seated, long wait to be served, wait to pay, card declined for some reason (never happened before, worked fine later on). Food is great through!
